Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce magnifique appartement à la décoration très soignée et moderne.Il y a un magasin pas tres loin pour les petites courses de dernière minute, les livreurs livrent rapidement dans ce secteur (Jumeirah Village Circle). Nous aurions pu rester encore une semaine de plus tellement nous y étions bien. Je recommande Guest Ready et cet appartement :) ~ Jee M

During my recent vacation from November 16th to 23rd of this year, I had the pleasure of staying at a Marina Quays apartment in Dubai Marina, which was rented through Airbnb via the Guest Ready company. The owner of the apartment, Francesca, exhibited a high level of politeness and responsiveness. I requested an additional set of towels and a duvet for our stay with friends, and Guest Ready promptly delivered the required items. Throughout our stay, we felt exceedingly comfortable, as if it were our own home. The location proved to be excellent, providing convenient access to the nearby beach and enjoyable walks along the seaside. The only minor inconvenience we experienced was the noise from car signals. However, overall, everything was satisfactory. ~ Bakhromjon K

J’ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce logement à Dubaï. L’emplacement est parfait, central et très pratique L’appartement est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, spacieux et lumineux – on s’y sent vraiment bien. Quelques petites choses à reprendre dans l'appartement pour que tout soit parfait mais dans l'ensemble c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. L'emplacement est parfait, à proximité des commerces en plein cœur de la Marina. La vue du 34eme étage est splendide. L'équipe d'accueil est également parfaite, souriante et bienveillante. bellissimo appartamento con due camere da letto, due bagni oltre a sala e angolo cottura. Ci abbiamo vissuto in quattro per una settimana senza problemi. È comodo per raggiungere il burj khalifa e per muoversi a dubai, volendo a poca distanza c'è pure una fermata della metro. All'ultimo piano c'è la piscina mentre al 13 piano sono presenti palestra e spa. ~ Alberto S

My family had this opportunity to stay in one of the property of GuestReady beginning of May 2023. I personally visited my family there also and I was amazed of the cleanliness and decorations of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and tidy with all the amenities. The kitchen fully equipped and the interior design beautiful and modern style. Everything was new and unused and my family had absolutely amazing stay in thie beautiful property. We will definitely return back and I highly recommend this property for all my friends and family. The GuestReady agency very responsive and helpful, the communication was veryeasy and prompt and the instructions to reach the property and everything important was communicated very clear and super easy to understand and access. Très bel appartement lumineux, spacieux et propre quartier La Mer à Dubaï. La literie est très confortable. Le service de sécurité de l'immeuble est très sympathique et aidant. We loved our stay here. It was super clean and comforable. The location is really amazing - you have everything nearby - the beach, a clean pool with a life guard, grocery shops and tons of fun things to do within a five minute walk. We have little children and it was wonderful to get settled in the place and see that the owner had even thought to provide stools in the bathroom so smaller children could reach the sinks to wash up! The owner communicates well and gets back to you quickly. The owner also gives clear information about where to park and how to check in so look for those details and follow them carefully to avoid any confusion. We highly recommend this place and are hoping it is available on our next trip to Dubai! ~ Raphael M

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Apartment im JBL Cluster E. Es war alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Der Nacht Check-In hat mit der Schlüsselbox auch super funktioniert, ein Safe war vorhanden und die Küche mit Waschmaschine hat auch alles geboten was man brauchte. Fußläufig ist sowohl die Metro zum Burij Khalifa und Flughafen als auch Dubai Marina zu erreichen. Wir würden das Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen:) ~ Pia S

Regarding Guesready - The Blue Jay apartment I have been around a lot in dubai and this is the best place that I've been to considering the following : - the weekly price deal - luxurious quiet area - the view (partial marina view plus the palm and a lot of famous towers around) - the New furniture, great smell - the well eqipped kitchen, nespresso++ machine - the presence of two bathrooms - the nearby tram station - from tram to metro takes no time - grocery, laundry, pharmacy and restaurants all nearby. - self check in and check out - flexible commuinicative host - great building and tenants In short, I loved my stay in more than one way and I strongly recommend it. I stayed in one of their apartments in DIFC and it was great, the apartment was exactly as advertised. It came fully equipped with everything you might need - bed sheets, towels, fully quipped kitchen and even washing powder. The apartment came with a parking space, not that I needed it but a great feature if you want to rent a car. Guest Ready are great and very responsive in case there are any issues. I once emailed them at 11pm about something non-urgent and someone got back to me in about 10 minutes. Really enjoyed staying at their apartment so much, I already booked my next apartment with them as I needed to extend my stay a bit longer than I originally thought. I love my week-long stay here at Burj Vista Tower 2 in Downtown, Dubai! Everything is ready & available: we can cook, watch good movies, soundtrip, dip in the tub, and even do the laundry & clothes pressing. The cooling system is manageable. I love the kitchen, all the things i need is there which made preparations & cooking easy and convenient. Receptionists are warm & friendly. The cleanliness around and the fresh scent is impressive. The tower entrance is facing right at the impressive Burj Khalifa and indeed, it was a beautiful sight! There's a connecting bridge about 7-10mins walk going to Dubai Mall, this access is really cool! Space is good for a big family since we got the 2-bedroom apartment. It's like home away from home. Spending my birthday here is extremely awesome and memorable! ~ LT. P

Dubai is hardly a walking city but the location of this apartment is perfect! For convenience, it can't be beaten. There is a pharmacy next door and a grocery store/market across from the parking lot. Behind the buildings are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, bike and scooter rentals, a liquor store, a children's playground, and even a public exercise park. It's peaceful and serene yet plenty of activity and things to see. The unit has a great view, an inviting balcony, and a well-stocked kitchen with a comfortable bed and an equally comfortable sofa bed. Eduardo and all at Guest Ready are very professional hosts with prompt responses to any questions. Probably one of the best experiences I've had in any city for a long while. My friend and I really enjoyed staying here and it took a lot of the stress away. Highly recommended. ~ Geoff I

Just returned from an amazing stay in dubai I had an incredible stay at this apartment in Dubai Marina! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the waterfront and the city skyline. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully furnished, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The building is well-maintained, and the staff friendly and accommodating. Plus, you're just steps away from some of the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in Dubai. What really stood out was how amazing the host was—so welcoming and always ready to assist with any needs, making the entire experience even more special. Absolutely Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb in Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The view was stunning, and the location was perfect – close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. Communication was smooth and effortless throughout our stay, and we truly felt taken care of. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. An excellent apartment. I was quite apprehensive given the lack of reviews, but my fear was unfounded. The 3 bedrooms are well furnished. Kitchen has all the utensils. Supermarket is only 500m away and you can get a free delivery to the door. It is quite easy to get from the airport. Mohammed was an excellent host and always responsive if emailed/telephoned. A tip is to read the instructions given on the QR code in the lounge- this helps with activating the gas stove which is a little temperamental but works fine when you read how to operate it. Also install the Kareem app which helps with delivery of food items as well as cheaper taxis compared to Uber. A similar apartment elsewhere cost a lot more on Airbnb and hence was value for money. The view from the 27th floor at night was breathtaking. A perfect apartment for a family. Would highly recommend. Will hopefully come again ~ Ahsan R

My wife and I had a delightful three-week stay at this Airbnb, giving us a great taste of life in Dubai. The apartment's layout and design were beautiful, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks upon our arrival. Useful amenities like a drying rack and vacuum were provided. The only issue we encountered was with the bed size; although advertised as king-size, they were more like queen or smaller. Despite this, the beds were comfortable and the linens clean. The property management could improve instructional videos for the washer and microwave, as they were not very helpful. Googling was necessary to understand some settings. Overall, we loved the building, the friendly doormen, and the easy check-in/check-out process. We would happily stay here again and are even open to buying the property if ever for sale, that's how much we adored it. ~ Justin C

Wonderful stay! I stayed there with my family, the apartment is very clean, neat, bright and has an artistic simple taste in every details. The view from the balcony and the bedrooms is breathtaking! You can enjoy the view of the water and the boats at night, overlooking Dubai eye, the address. Facilities were great, you can enjoy the pool, gem until 10 pm and 24/7 concierge. It’s great to be in-between JBR and blue waters and reach there in few minutes by car. The building in a good location, away from the usual traffic and crowd of the JBR. You can also walk to the JBR using the bridge (it takes around 7 min.). The host is very responsive and the check in/out went smoothly. ~ Eman H

L’appartement d’Avinash est parfait pour découvrir Dubai.La localisation est top. Situé dans downtown à 10 minutes du Burj Khalifa et des fontaines.Logement propre, bien équipé et moderne. Rien ne manque pour passer un super séjour. Serviettes de toilettes en nombre, eau très chaude pour la douche, 2 toilettes et que dire de la literie au top!!! We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The photos are accurate — everything is new, clean, and well-maintained. Although the apartment is compact, it has everything you might need: a washing machine, hairdryer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, a large fridge with freezer, a full kitchen, and more. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the Marina, just a 7–10 minute walk from JBR beach. There’s a supermarket and a pharmacy conveniently located in the same building. Our host, Ai Mee, was very welcoming and responded quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Just a heads-up: it can get a bit noisy from the street, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. ~ Leisan S

We recently rent apartment in Business Bay from GuestReady . Check in and check out process very smooth without any issues. Apartment looks excacly the same like on photos. Very tidy modern place . We stayed 12 nights @ court tower on 26th floor with canal view . Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to city centre. Fully equipped with everything what you need . Ground floor help desk guys extremely professional and always happy to help . We contact GuestReady couple times before check in and they respond very quickly. I'm back to Dubai in next 4 weeks time and definitely will rent one of the apartment in Business Bay from them . ~ Thomas M

The GuestReady property in Dubai was exceptional and the owners and staff could not be any more helpful. The property was ideally located and provided access to all the key areas of Dubai; it was a significant benefit to be located next to the Metro which was clean, efficient and cheap. There is always two questions I ask myself and these are: - Would I stay here again? Yes, definitely. - Would I recommend the property? Yes, without a doubt! If you are looking to book a property in Dubai for leisure, business or just because you feel like a break, stop looking and book this now.
